## What is special about enclosing a terrace in Benidorm, La Nucía and l’Alfàs del Pi?

The area mixes towers by the sea, a lot of hospitality and hillside villas in the towns next door.

- Wind is stronger on high floors: the system and its fixing are chosen with the height in mind.
- Bars and hotels open almost all year: an enclosed terrace has to work in cold and rain too.
- In La Nucía and l’Alfàs, villas with views: glass with no vertical profiles keeps the view almost clear.
- (to be confirmed)

## Which combination does your terrace need?

We start from what you want to achieve, not from the product.

| What you want | Sides | Roof |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Stop the wind and keep the sea view | Glass curtains | Fixed roof or pergola |
| Use the terrace in winter too | Insulated curtains | Fixed roof |
| Open up to the sky in summer | Curtains or sliding glass | Retractable roof or bioclimatic pergola |
| Quick shade without enclosing the sides | Open | Tensioned fabric pergola |
