# Glass enclosures on the Mar Menor.

> Glass curtains, roofs and pergolas in San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar, Los Alcázares and La Manga. Site visit, measuring and installation.

## Does LUNEKS work on the Mar Menor?

On the Mar Menor we install glass curtains, frameless sliding glass, insulated glass curtains, fixed and retractable roofs and pergolas for terraces, penthouses, porches and commercial premises. We work from our base in Alicante, covering the coast from Valencia to Murcia. A technician visits and measures the site, and the quote is prepared after the visit.

- Base: Alicante
- Service area: Valencia to Murcia
- Projects on the Mar Menor: (to be confirmed)

## What is special about enclosing a terrace on the Mar Menor?

The Mar Menor mixes coastal towns, La Manga between two seas and urbanizations with many foreign owners.

- On La Manga and the seafront, wind and salt from both sides: durable fittings and a checked fixing.
- Plenty of sun on solariums and terraces: a retractable roof or pergola is usually needed.
- Resorts and urbanizations with an owners’ community: an enclosure needs their agreement and a common look.
- (to be confirmed)

## Which combination does your terrace need?

We start from what you want to achieve, not from the product.

| What you want | Sides | Roof |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Stop the wind and keep the sea view | Glass curtains | Fixed roof or pergola |
| Use the terrace in winter too | Insulated curtains | Fixed roof |
| Open up to the sky in summer | Curtains or sliding glass | Retractable roof or bioclimatic pergola |
| Quick shade without enclosing the sides | Open | Tensioned fabric pergola |

## What is the process?

The same four steps for every system, from the first call to installation.

1. **Tell us about your space.** By phone, WhatsApp or the form: what you want to enclose, where it is and how you plan to use it.
2. **Site visit and measuring.** A technician sees the site, takes measurements and checks the floor, ceiling and orientation. Timing: (to be confirmed).
3. **Fixed quote.** You receive the system, materials and delivery time in writing. Timing: (to be confirmed).
4. **Made to measure and installed.** The system is made to fit your opening and we install it at your home or business. Timing: (to be confirmed).
