# From the first call to installation.

> How a glass enclosure works with LUNEKS: first contact, site visit and measuring, quote, made to measure manufacturing, installation and aftercare.

## How long does it take to enclose a terrace?

An enclosure goes through four steps: you tell us about the space, a technician visits and measures, you receive a fixed written quote, and the system is made to measure and installed. The overall timing depends on the system and on any permits required by the town hall or the owners' community. Photos and rough measurements speed up the visit.

- Visit: (to be confirmed)
- Quote: (to be confirmed)
- Manufacturing and installation: (to be confirmed)

## What is the process?

The same four steps for every system, from the first call to installation.

1. **Tell us about your space.** By phone, WhatsApp or the form: what you want to enclose, where it is and how you plan to use it.
2. **Site visit and measuring.** A technician sees the site, takes measurements and checks the floor, ceiling and orientation. Timing: (to be confirmed).
3. **Fixed quote.** You receive the system, materials and delivery time in writing. Timing: (to be confirmed).
4. **Made to measure and installed.** The system is made to fit your opening and we install it at your home or business. Timing: (to be confirmed).

## What should you prepare for the visit?

A little information up front makes the visit shorter and the quote more accurate. You do not need everything, the technician fills in the rest.

- Photos of the space from inside and outside.
- Rough measurements of the opening: width, height and, for a roof, depth.
- What you want from the space: the view, winter use, shade or rain protection.
- If you live in a building, whether the community has an approved enclosure model.
- Access to the terrace on the day of the visit and to the roof if there is one.

## What does the quote include?

The quote is given in writing and describes the whole project, so you can compare and decide with confidence.

- The chosen system, its size and the number of panels or modules.
- Materials: type of glass, frames and coating colour.
- Options such as a motor, sensors or lighting, if any.
- Manufacturing and installation time.
- Warranty terms.
- (to be confirmed)

## What happens on installation day?

The team arrives with the system already made to fit your opening. The tracks or the frame are fixed, the panels or roof are fitted, everything is adjusted and we check that it opens and closes properly. At the end we show you how to use and clean the system.

Usual installation time: (to be confirmed). (to be confirmed)

## What happens after installation?

At the end you receive the system documents and the written warranty. When you can start using it: (to be confirmed).

- Follow-up check: (to be confirmed)
- Recommended maintenance: (to be confirmed)
- If something fails, you report it as explained on the warranty page.

## Questions about the process

### How long does the measuring visit take?

(to be confirmed)

### Do I need to be at home during installation?

(to be confirmed)

### Is building work needed to install the enclosure?

Usually not. The systems are fixed to the floor, ceiling or wall without building work. If your case needs it, the technician will say so at the visit.

### Do permits add to the timing?

They can, because they depend on the town hall and the community of owners. We look at this at the visit so the timing in the quote is realistic.

### Why do you not publish prices?

Every enclosure is made to measure, so the price comes in the quote, after we have seen the space.
