Climate and rules
What is special about enclosing a terrace in Gandia?
Gandia has two sides: the town and the beach, full of apartments used mostly in summer.
- Beach apartments with terraces: systems that open fully in summer and protect the space the rest of the year.
- Near the sea, humidity and salt: durable fittings and good drainage.
- Apartment buildings with an owners’ community: an enclosure usually needs their agreement.
- Gandia town hall rules on enclosures
What to choose
Which combination does your terrace need?
We start from what you want to achieve, not from the product.

| Use the terrace in winter too | Insulated curtains | Fixed roof |
| Open up to the sky in summer | Curtains or sliding glass | Retractable roof or bioclimatic pergola |
