LUNEKS glass curtains enclose terraces and balconies on the Costa Blanca with 10 mm tempered glass panels and no vertical frames. The panels slide along a track and fold to one side. In summer the terrace stays fully open, and in winter it is sheltered from wind, rain and sea salt. Installation on site takes a single day.

Frameless sliding glass
Large panels that glide silently.
LUNEKS frameless sliding systems are tempered glass panels that glide on a lower aluminium track. They suit wide openings on terraces, porches and shops on the Costa Blanca, because they close more tightly than glass curtains and keep the same light look. Each track takes up to six panels and withstands gusts of 120 km/h.

LUNEKS retractable glass roofs are motorised glass panels that slide back at the touch of a remote. In about 30 seconds a penthouse or a pool goes from covered to open to the sky, with up to 70 % of the surface clear. Louvres that follow the sun.
LUNEKS bioclimatic pergolas have adjustable aluminium louvres that rotate from 0 to 135 degrees. One turn lets you choose direct sun, shade or ventilation. With the louvres closed the pergola keeps the rain out and drains the water through the posts. Dimmable LED lighting can be added so the terrace works in the evening too.

How much does it cost to enclose a terrace in Alicante?
It depends on the size, the system and the finish, so we do not quote figures without seeing the site. A technician measures for free and within 48 hours you receive a fixed written quote.
Do I need a permit to enclose my terrace?
It depends on the municipality and the building. In a building with an owners' association you usually need the association's approval and a notice to the town hall. At the visit we review your case and tell you which paperwork applies.
How long does installation take?
Manufacturing takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the system and colour. Installation on site usually takes 1 or 2 days, with no building work.
Do glass curtains keep out the cold?
They protect from wind, rain and dust, but they are not full thermal insulation. To use the space as a room in winter we recommend double glazing.
Which system best withstands the levante wind?
Framed double glazing is the sturdiest. Among frameless systems, curtains with 10 mm glass withstand gusts of up to 120 km/h.
Do you work in English and Russian?
Yes. We work in Spanish, English and Russian and send the quote in the language you prefer.
Are the measuring visit and quote free?
Yes. The measuring visit is free and with no obligation anywhere in the province of Alicante. Within 48 hours of the visit you receive a fixed quote with a drawing and your chosen RAL colour.
What warranty do the systems have?
We give a 10-year warranty on aluminium frames and 5 years on fittings and rollers. The warranty is provided in writing with the quote.
How do you clean glass curtains?
Each panel turns as it folds, so you can clean both sides from inside. Water and a neutral glass cleaner are enough. On the seafront we recommend rinsing the frames with fresh water twice a year.
Which aluminium colours can I choose?
Any colour in the RAL chart. The most popular are white RAL 9016, anthracite grey RAL 7016 and black RAL 9005, plus silver anodised and wood effect.
Do you do projects for restaurants and hotels?
Yes. For hospitality we use laminated safety glass and locks, and we schedule installation outside opening hours so the venue does not have to close.
Can I pay in instalments?
The usual arrangement is 40 % when you confirm the order and the rest when installation is finished. Ask us about other payment options when you request your quote.
