Climate and rules
What is special about enclosing a terrace in Orihuela Costa?
Orihuela Costa is almost all urbanizations, with plenty of solariums and terraces in the sun all day long.
- Solariums and top floors with no shade: on top of the side glass you usually need a retractable roof or a pergola.
- Close to the sea there is salt in the air: fittings and fixings are chosen with corrosion in mind.
- Each urbanization has its own community and rules: the enclosure has to fit them.
